I had a great experience! Eddie was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. I came in for an oil and filter change, and the service was quick and efficient. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how respectfully I was treated. I’m very satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back for future services. Thank you for the great service!

The staff members are truly courteous and respectful. Each of them generously shared their knowledge on how to make my breaks last longer, which I really appreciated. Their prices are quite reasonable, especially when compared to others nearby! I also want to mention they offer fantastic buy now, pay later options, so you don’t have to worry about upfront costs. Plus, they have Spanish-speaking employees who are always happy to help, making the experience even more welcoming.

I had an amazing experience at Firestone! The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was taken care of. My car is now running like new, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. It’s hard to find honest, friendly customer service these days, and this team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Firestone to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto service. Thank you for the excellent work!

I think this if one of the best Firestone Complete Auto Care, in Polk county. Gentleman at the desk greeted me, gave information about my appointment. Explained Winter Haven Firestone just did an alignment 2 days ago and it drives worth than before. He said he would have the technician check it and I asked to set tire PSI to 37 pounds for all 4 tires. He said no problem. He said it may take 1 to 1.5 hours which was not a problem. 36 minutes he was done. He showed me the alignment printout the before and the after. He was polite, professional, and offered excellent customer service. This is my new go to Firestone. They were wonderful to work with!!
